Labor Day weekend
Labor Day weekend was filled with fun, family and friends. Luke went on the carousel and played with his friend Davey at the Market.

We went back later that night to go to the carousel again...I do not recommend going on it twice in a row.

We had a mini photo shoot that weekend too:

his new pottery barn chair - aka photo prop

on the go toddler - boy is it hard to get good pics of him nowadays.

Its sad that this is probably only one of a few pics of me and Luke.

The next day we headed to New Suffolk and hung out with the family and even got to see the McCabes. It is so funny how things change. I feel like it was not that long ago that Chrissy and her family were renting the house across the street from my parents and we were walking all around New Suffolk all summer long and now we have kids of our own who will hopefully do the same together.
Gavin, Luke and Grace sharing a nice lunch at the kids' table

Playing in the sandbox

Gavin and Luke await the start of the tractor

Gavin "drives" the tractor

Luke, Gavin and Tom even went on a tractor ride with PopPop.

check out the video:
Later that night - we tried to meet up at the carousel but it was closed. The kids still had fun running around Mitchell Park.

Looking pretty
